In an effort to increase accessibility to high quality Chinese herbs, Organic Pagoda provides wholesale opportunities for licensed health care providers and natural food stores.

Creating a Wholesale Account:

• Health Care Providers: Fax a copy of your provider license or email your provider number along with your contact details including mailing address, telephone number and email address.  Fax: (802) 244-5756
• Natural Food Stores:  Contact us via email with your store's address and phone number.  A copy of your tax exempt certification will be required. 

After reviewing your application, Organic Pagoda will create your Wholesale Account and contact you via email with the required information to access our wholesale prices.  If we are unable to verify your providers license we will contact you for more information.
