Organic Pagoda's high quality organic formulas are certified USDA organic by BCS Oko-Garantie of Germany.  BCS is authorized to certify according to the following standards and regulations:

• NOP (National Organic Program of the United States Department of Agriculture)
• EU Regulation on organic agriculture
• JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard of Organic Products)

To achieve USDA organic certification, our formulas use 95% organic ingredients that have been each individually certified organic.  The process includes randomized and non-announced testing of soil and water as well as the herbs themselves.  The USDA organic certification requirements for products from China is identical to its high standards for US produced products.  To our knowledge we are the only US Chinese herbal company to achieve this high level of organic certifications. 

We refuse to use GMOs, genetically modified organisms.  Our 200,000 agricultural acres are located far distances from any industrialized areas.  We are confident our products are 100% GMO free.
